Lake Holcombe Lodge Retreat has
3 queen size mattresses, 1 king size mattress and two twin beds for your sleeping arrangements. We do also have two couches on the main level for any overflow you may have.
We can accommodate up to 10 people without having to make extra arrangements, such as you bringing a blow up mattress or kids sleeping on the floor.
If you plan on having groups larger than 10 people we will have to make arrangements with you so that we make sure everyone is accommodated.
there will be an extra charge for groups larger than 10.
All week long stays will be Saturday to Saturday.

Any 3 day or longer stays must be between saturday through saturday.
May-Septermber $250 per night for up to 4 adults, every person 18 years or older after that is an additional $50 per night, 3 night minimum. $1600 a week with up to 4 adults, add $300 per additional adult for the week.
If an individual is only going to stay a few nights of your week-long stay they would be the additional $50 per day. 2 kids per adult are included in the price

During the months of June, July, and August we are only reserving week long stays at this time.

$200 per night for up to 4 adults, every person 18 years and older after that is an additional $35 per day.
$1400 a week with up to 4 adults, add $250 per additional adult for the week.
If an individual is only going to stay a few nights of your week-long stay they would be an additional $40 per day.
We require a $600 security deposit at time of check in which will be refunded at the end of your stay unless damage to the property is found.
We also require a $100 cleaning fee A $250 deposit is required to reserve a date and this can be later used towards your security deposit if you wish. Call 715-206-3075
Cabin Rental Policies and Rules
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. (unless other arrangements have been made beforehand)
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. (unless alternate time is specified by MCCB staff)
Quiet time starts at 11 P.M.
•Cancelations must be received a minimum of Thirty (30) days’ prior to rental or you forfeit your deposit
Maximum cabin capacity is 10 people. (unless arrangements are made before hand
Minimum Length of stay is 3 days
June, July and August are week long stays only unless approved by management.
Persons must be 21 years old to rent the cabin and the renter must be present during the stay.
Cabin furniture must stay inside in cabin.
All patio furniture must be placed back to original location upon leaving
No keg beer is allowed in or around the cabin area.
Pets are prohibited at the cabin. Violation of this rule will result in an automatic forfeiture of the deposit.
Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin. Violation of this rule will result in an automatic forfeiture of the damage deposit.
Fires can be built only in the fire ring provided.
Cabin and grounds will be cleaned before checkout.
Dishes in dish washer and ran
Used bed sheets and towels removed and placed in the laundry room
Floors need to be swept
Wipe off the stove, refrigerator, and microwave
Vacuuming would appreciated
Cabin doors and windows must be closed and locked.
We reserve the right to enter the cabins in an emergency, to inspect, and/or replenish supplies,
No fireworks allowed unless approved by management
We can only safely fit 4 vehicles on the property, no parking in the driveway, please park in the designated area
ABSOLUTELY no underage drinking!!!!!!!!!!!!
All beach items, (chairs, kayaks, toys, yard games) must be returned to their original spot
There is a dock available for you to use during your stay, the smaller dock is reserved for the rental unit. If you require more dock space contact Rhonda or Tom to see if their is more availability.
Please contact Tom or Rhonda if you are interested in using the indoor fireplace, please do not use the fireplace without permission.
No Burning candles
Guests of guests are allowed during the day, all invited guests must leave by 11 PM unless approved by Tom or Rhonda. Any guests who stay longer than 11 PM will increase the cost of your stay by $50 per night
No bath towels are allowed at the beach, please bring your own beach towels
No lifeguard is on duty, please monitor your children at all times. All children must use lifejackets
Please take your shoes off at the door, and please wash sand off of your feet before entering the cabin
